Running a Supply Chain seminar based on The Fresh Connection simulation, to acquire and perfect Supply Chain knowledge.
The module in brief
The Fresh connection is a realistic simulation of a supply chain management situation. The concept is simple : a company is in difficulty and you have to turn it around with the help of your team-mates. This serious game allows you to experience the impact of each decision taken and to implement an S&OP process, as well as to get a feel for a large proportion of standard supply chain practices and their link with finance.
The simulation is ideally suited to a supply chain transformation programme that includes a skills development component for your teams, and is available in French and English.
Depending on the level of detail required, a wide range of options are available, from a one-day awareness-raising session to the creation of a national or international challenge between your teams, or even with teams from other companies.

Training times and duration
1 basic day: 9.00am to 1.00pm – 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
A wide range of options are available (several days, face-to-face, distance learning, blended learning) depending on the expected level of learning.
Teaching resources and venues
Face-to-face training is delivered on our customers’ premises. The reception room must be equipped with tables, chairs, video projector, flip chart, etc.
Online training is provided with the help of technological tools made available by Citwell: Teams (possibly Zoom for very large groups), Klaxoon, iObeya.
