Demand-led action training for execution and short-term planning
The module in brief
DDBrix is a serious game created in 2015 using LEGO bricks to understand the benefits of Demand Driven MRP in a simple and fun way. Today, the 2 versions DDBrix Factory and DDBrix Distribution are used by many companies and schools, and have been used to support more than 100 DDMRP projects, with the project team, and then with all the teams directly or indirectly involved in the DDMRP change.

- Identify the benefits of DDMRP in a given environment
- Experience working with DDMRP through the ‘serious game’ DDBrix factory

- Experience the changes that DDMRP brings to your management of material and information flows.
- Experience the new organisation proposed by DDMRP for planning and prioritising distribution orders.
- Discover the steps involved in implementing a DDMRP project and the logic behind sizing buffers.
- Discover an excellent tool for raising awareness and convincing teams to adopt the approach.

The terms and conditions
Timetable and duration of the course
8 hours, 2 afternoons from 2pm to 6pm + 30-minute discovery session.
Teaching resources and locations
Face-to-face training is delivered on our customers’ premises. The reception room must be equipped with tables, chairs, video projector, flip chart, etc.
Online training courses are delivered using technological tools provided by Citwell: Teams (Zoom for very large groups), Klaxoon, iObeya.
These courses do not include meal expenses.
