You have a master’s or MBA degree from a top notch college, university, in either business or engineering school. You have 6 to 10 years of experience in management consulting with good expertise in Supply Chain consulting. 

You have: 

• Led transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation
•  Led steering committees
• Been able to exchange smoothly and constructively from the operational level to management committees
•  Knowledge of supply chain management tools such as WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP bricks, or even experience with these software packages will make you stand out positively.

An ASCM (ex-APICS) certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a real plus. 

In all cases, project culture and customer focus are decisive, as are autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit. The practice of English is necessary, French and a third language a plus.

You supervise one or more teams of consultants, in various missions of improvement of organizations, processes and sizing of the Supply Chain 

• Supply Chain transformation: (process, organisation and IS) in the industrial and distribution sectors – diagnosis, strategy, target, trajectory, etc.
• Deployment: alignment of organization and modes of operation, change management, pace of transformation, support
•  Targeted optimizations: logistics and industrial networks, transport, warehousing, stock sizing, procurement, forecasting, industrial planning and distribution processes
•  Implementation of pilot tools, support of all or part of the value chain
•  Assistance in project management, assistance in the choice of specialized information systems (APS, TMS, WMS, OMS, etc.)

You can rely on our approaches, methodologies and tools (IMCM repository, serious games, and Supply Chain classics) 

 You’ll also participate in business development: identification of customer needs, independent drafting of the commercial proposal, pre-sales, participation in qualification and defence. 

 You are the bearer of a sector and/ or business offer and drive the development dynamics of this offer internally (developments, training) and externally (prospecting, communication). 

 The position is based Cambridge, MA, with travel in the US, France or other countries depending on the missions, however no long-term work at the client.
