About you

We’re looking for a motivated student eager to grow within the world of consulting. 

Preferred Background: 

  • BS/BA degree in or pursuing Supply Chain/Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field (master’s degree a plus) 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with Canva is a plus) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset 
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude 
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute

Your role at Citwell

Your responsibilities may include, depending on project timelines and client needs: 

  • Diagnostics – Analyze supply chain and operations performance, identify gaps, and benchmark against best practices 
  • Target Definition – Assist in designing future operating models (strategy, processes, flows, network) 
  • Implementation Support – Contribute to tool and methodology selection (Lean, TOC, VMI, DDMRP, KPIs such as OTIF, MAPE/WAPE, etc.) 
  • Deployment Support project rollouts, change management, and coordination 
  • Business Development Participate in business development efforts, including exposure to proposals and prospective clients in the U.S. market

 

Additional Information 

  • Location: Boston, MA (travel to client sites is likely) 
  • Start Date: Fall 2025 
  • Duration: ~10+ weeks, full-time 
  • Compensation: Estimated $20 USD/hour  
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. 

 

If the internship proves to be a mutual success, there may be opportunities for full-time collaboration following graduation.
