Our intervention
- Assistance to Programme Management,
- PMO and operational management from the design phase through to operational deployment and Hypercare,
- PMO for the structuring phases of the integration programme (from design to switchover),

- Coordination and support for the management of 15 business transformation projects (preparation for the arrival of the new system and new collaboration methods).
